Research Emphasis:  Evaluated the role of lymphopenia on memory CD8 T cell generation and function. Acute ablation of Langerhans cells enhances skin immune responses. and Cholera toxin activates nonconventional adjuvant pathways that induce protective CD8 T-cell responses after epicutaneous vaccination.
