Research Emphasis: Studied CD4+ helper T and B cell activation in vivo by directly tracking antigen-specific cells, antigen, and peptide-MHC complexes using confocal microscopy: Antigen presentation to naive CD4 T cells in the lymph node., Distinct dendritic cell populations sequentially present antigen to CD4 T cells and stimulate different aspects of cell-mediated immunity.
