Research Emphasis: Late stages of T cell maturation in the thymus involve NF-κB and tonic type I interferon signaling., Kruppel-like factor 2 is required for trafficking but not quiescence in postactivated T cells., and Krüppel-like factor 2 (KLF2) regulates B-cell reactivity, subset differentiation, and trafficking molecule expression.
